We have identified an issue affecting a small subset (about 1%) of registrations. This issue prevents the affected registrations from receiving topic messages. Registrations created before Oct 3, 2024 or after Nov 8th, 2024 are unaffected. And messages addressed to single registrations are unaffected. We are working on a fix to fully restore all impacted registrations, aiming for full recovery by next Friday, Nov 22, 2024.
